**In this role, you’ll**:

- Maintains Work Order Database to include receipt, closeout, reporting and all inventory reconciliation.
- Manages in field purchases and accounts payable items.
- Manages and maintains building permits and facility inspections including fire safety systems as well as backflow and storm water.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory authorities and internal SOPs.
- Manages and maintains all NDC Burglar and Alarm Accounts and NDC Fire Alarm Panels.
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly fuel system inspections at Headquarters.
- Manages fleet card system, runs monthly exception reports, and maintains maintenance record filing system.
- Reviews, inspects, and maintains HQ/MOC Waste Disposable System.
- Maintains landlord database contract list.
- Manages janitorial, pest control and landscaping requirements across facilities.
- Performs secondary reviews for Standard Operating Procedures.
- Enforces compliance with The Blood Center’s policies on EEO, Affirmative Action and Safety/Health.
- Assists on projects as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**We need someone who**:

- Associate’s degree from an accredited educational institution with a minimum of four years previous job-related experience required to include building/facility permitting.
- Prior project scheduling and planning skills.
- Strong computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel), MS Access experience strongly preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver's License (TDL) plus acceptable driving record.
- Must obtain the TCEQ A/B and C Certification within one year of hire.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Detailed Oriented
