Head Housekeeper

Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work and establish performance goals for employees.
- Staff training
- Advise management of any problems and instruct on corrective action. Provide adequate re-training as needed.
- Will be required to train, coach, motivate, and counsel the staff members that this position is responsible for.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, housekeepers, laundry people, groundskeepers, maintenance and front desk.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with Front desk managers and owners.
- Required to assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist with housekeeping staff during high-volume periods.
- Routinely perform all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds as well as vacuuming and cleaning guest rooms to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Inspect all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest room supplies, equipment, linens and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleaning product inventory and linens.
- Ensure that all equipment is in working order: such as vacuums, carts, etc

Pay: $17.00 per hour
