Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Prepper to join our team. As a Paint Prepper, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by performing various tasks such as sanding, masking, and priming. Your expertise in auto body repair and painting techniques will contribute to the overall quality of our finished products.

**Duties**:

- Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
- Remove imperfections from vehicle surfaces
- Mix paint colors to match original vehicle color
- Ensure proper adhesion and smooth finish of paint coatings
- Perform minor mechanical repairs as needed
- Assist with vehicle detailing tasks
- Collaborate with the paint team to meet production deadlines

**Skills**:

- Experience with heavy lifting and physical stamina to handle automotive parts and equipment
- Experience in paint spraying techniques
- Knowledge of auto body repair processes
- Familiarity with vehicle painting procedures
- Ability to perform basic mechanical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Proficiency in using hand tools for sanding, masking, and other prep work
- Basic painting and detailing skills are a plus

Pay: $18.70 - $22.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 100 per week
