**What You'll Do**:

- As a behavior technician you will work directly with children with special needs (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder) in our ABA Clinic. Behavior Technicians will utilize ABA strategies/techniques to reduce challenging behaviors and teach replacement behaviors and other skills (e.g., communication, socialization)
- Behavior technicians will be given high quality training, emphasizing hands-on learning.
- Behavior technicians will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and receive ongoing training/feedback
- Behavior technicians will also record data in multiple forms to determine the effectiveness of a treatment plan for assigned clients
- Other administrative tasks will be assigned as needed (e.g., creating stimuli for clients)

**What You'll Need**:

- Minimum high school degree or equivalent, college preferred
- Must pass background check
- Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required
- TB test required
- Bachelor's or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S program preferred
- ABA experience preferred
- RBT certification a plus
