Sales Associate

Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. **Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers and provide recommendations
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Restock merchandise and ensure shelves are properly stocked
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

**Skills**:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in conducting product demos to showcase features and benefits
- Proficiency in operating a POS system for sales transactions
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly store environment
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Ability to restock merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Previous experience in retail sales (preferred but not required)

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
