Groundskeeper (Porter)

Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

**Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.**

**Requirements**:

- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- _ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus_
- _ Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus_

**Responsibilities**:

- Walking the property grounds and common areas
- Picking up trash and debris
- Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
