Fills prescription items, as permitted by the State Board of Pharmacy, packaging
- medications for dispensing and for delivery, meeting the accuracy and productivity
- standards of the pharmacy
- Labels products appropriately, including cautionary or auxiliary labels
- Participates in the periodic inventory of the pharmacy
- Mixes/packages IV medications, sanitizes IV room, equipment and hood
- Services facility-based medication dispensing machines (e.g., RxNow)

**License requires**:

- MD SPhT Pharmacy technician license required.

**Desired**:Long Term Care pharmacy experience.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Physical setting:

- Long term care

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- LTC pharmacy: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- SPhT PA Pharmacy tech license (required)

Work Location: On the road
