**MMS Group** is seeking an experienced **PART-TIME Porter/Groundskeeper** for a **90-unit residential building** located in **Bellingham, MA**.

**Your duties and responsibilities**:

- Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage
- Report all notable concerns such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Keep the property and parking lots in a neat and orderly manner; check property throughout the day
- Other duties associated with the maintenance of the grounds as assigned by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor
