**Responsibilities**:

- Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of tax planning strategies on the organization's financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax-saving opportunities, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of long-term financial plans and capital allocation strategies, considering tax implications.
- Support the annual budgeting process by providing guidance on tax assumptions and implications for financial projections.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including income tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master's degree or CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, tax planning, or accounting roles in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, with experience in tax planning strategies.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving financial issues.
