Salon Coordinator

Job Duties:

- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival at the salon
- Manage salon appointments and calendar
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns
- Assist with retail sales of salon products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
- Coordinate with stylists and staff for smooth operations
- Manage salon inventory and supplies
- Process payments and manage cash transactions

Qualifications:

- Preferred experience in technical sales, admin assistance, electronics sales, jewelry sales, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional and friendly demeanor with clients
- Proficient in computer systems and scheduling software
