Sushi Chef

SUSHI CHEF Wanted**:MINIMUM 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE**
- Sushi Chef must be able to maintain a positive attitude and work well with others. Team work and cooperation is a must
- Chef must respect current menu and adapt to our methods.
- Should be familiar with nigiri making and sashimi cutting
- Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and exhibit great customer service
- Chef must keep their station, sushi section, and kitchen equipment clean at all times.
- Chef must have a strong sense of prep and keeping inventory.
- Chefs must be able to handle high-traffic lunch and dinner rushes.

*must have Riverside Food Handler's Card or be willing to get one*

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

- 4 years

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
