Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor/Supervisor to join our construction team. As a Supervisor/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
**Duties**:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring accurate implementation of project plans
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Provide guidance and mentorship to construction crew members
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports and progress updates
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction supervision or supervisor role
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Familiarity with construction management software such as Prolog or Bluebeam
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
**- Bilingual IS A MUST**
