You'll Bring These Qualifications:

- Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly
- Experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 support in a technical and operational environment
- Understanding of network fundamentals
- Experience with sponsor's enterprise network operations and policies
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated experience getting to root causes for IT issues
- Experience with Linux Systems Administration
- Experience with Windows Systems Administration
- Ability to work independently or under only general direction
- Strong written and oral communications skills, with demonstrated competency in documentation
- Experience performing assessments, developing, improving, and implementing configuration management processes and procedures Ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment.
