Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize CAD software to create detailed 2D animations and drafts
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop design plans
- Prepare drawings for Healthcare, Educational, Commercial, Senior Living Facilities
- Assist in the creation of models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks
- Review and modify designs to comply with project requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation of drawings and revisions

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, and other design software
- Ability to build and draft accurate technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
