**Position Overview**:
As an Experienced Automotive Biller at McGrath Honda of Elgin, you will play a key role in our dealership's finance department, ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes for vehicle sales and service transactions. You will collaborate closely with our sales, finance, and administrative teams to uphold our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process vehicle sales transactions, including preparing sales contracts, invoices, and related documentation in compliance with dealership and industry standards.
- Calculate pricing, taxes, and fees accurately for vehicle sales, leases, and financing agreements.
- Coordinate with lenders and financial institutions to secure financing for customers and complete loan documentation.
- Handle vehicle titling and registration processes, including submitting paperwork to appropriate agencies and ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain organized records of all billing transactions and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve billing-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about state and federal regulations governing automotive sales and finance to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing procedures and improve overall efficiency in the finance department.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an automotive biller or in a similar financial role within the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Proficiency in automotive billing software and dealership management systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with customers professionally.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing automotive sales and finance, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification or training in automotive billing and finance (preferred).
