ProLift Garage Doors seeks an experienced **Garage** **Door Technician** to perform installations, service, and repairs for the** Eastern Shore of Maryland** and **surrounding areas**. If you have prior experience working as a service technician or in a comparable position and seek a part-time that would evolve into a full-time job, please apply.

**Responsibilities**
- Repair various types of garage doors and openers.
- The technician will also troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience servicing/installing garage doors - knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the residential garage door service
- Mechanical aptitude - knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools
- World-class customer service skills - establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Demonstrates a "Go Getter" mindset who wants to be a part of an exciting company that's in hyper-growth mode
- Team player; strong collaboration and emotional intelligence (EQ) skills
- Be a self-starter who can operate without direct supervision at all times.
- Requires solid technical and business acumen skillset
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be insurable
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test
- Service Titan CRM Experience (preferred)
- Weekend availability (preferred)
- Basic math and legible handwriting

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of experience that would provide the skills and abilities necessary to complete the job.

**Physical Demands**
Requires frequently: Standing, lifting 50 lbs., Carrying 50 lbs., walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, reaching above and below shoulder level; complete use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso. It also includes working in cramped garages, on ladders, and with power tools and performing manual labor outside, exposed to heat, sun, high humidity, rain, and other adverse weather conditions.

**Experience**
- Residential Garage Door Service/Installation: 3 years (preferred)

**Job Type**:Part-time evolve into Full-time

**Hourly** **+** **Commission**: Based on Experience

**License**:Driver's License (required)
