Donor Concierge

Position Overview

The Donor Concierge plays a vital role in providing exceptional support to our valued donors, ensuring an excellent experience with One805. This position is responsible for nurturing relationships and delivering personalized attention and ensuring follow thru for a seamless donor experience

Key Responsibilities
- Donor Experience Management:

- Serve as responsive point of contact for donors, providing or facilitating prompt and professional responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests for information.
- Develop ways to enhance the donor experience, ensuring a seamless and personalized journey from initial engagement to ongoing stewardship.
- Foster a sense of appreciation and value.
- Working with Donor Data and Support
- Ensure all info required to maintain accurate is provided or input to donor data and support to personalize communication and cultivation efforts
- Attend donor events & meeting
- Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Provide information and feedback to the board to ensure a positive experience for donors
- Collaborate with other team members

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience in donor relations, customer service, or a similar role within a non-profit or service-oriented organization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Ability to Relocate:

- Santa Barbara, CA 93105: Relocate before starting work (required)
