As a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) at Brookside Pediatric Therapy Company, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive behavioral assessment and intervention services to children with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments, and analyze data to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results tailored to each child's unique needs and strengths.
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective treatment and support, and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to promote skill acquisition, behavior modification, and social-emotional development in children. - Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and parent consultations to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and continuity of care.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. -Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans and provide ongoing training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members involved in direct client care.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.

Qualifications:

- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Note: This position requires experience in behavioral therapy, diagnostic evaluation, working with individuals with developmental disabilities (particularly autism), special education knowledge, medical records management, and familiarity with behavioral health practices.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
