**HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- _ Companionship and conversation_
- _Running errands and shopping_
- _‘light’ housework_
- _Meal preparation_
- _Laundry_
- _Transportation to and from events and appointments_
- _Medical reminders (we do NOT administer medication)_
- _In home mobility assistance_
- _Personal hygiene support (assistance bathing, grooming, dressing and using the bathroom)_
