**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Professional and friendly. (Even in tough situations)
- Team player.
- Effective communication skills with staff.
- Quick thinking.
- Knife skills (cutting, chopping, slicing, dicing, shredding)
- Great attention to detail.
- High school diploma.
- Reliable Means of transportation.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Salad prep
- Cutting and skewering poultry & seafood
- Restocking salad bar
- Help prepare food/food items
- Commitment to quality service
- Must work quickly in a safe and effective manner
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to take direction
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
- Inventory
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
