**Schedule**:Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

**Summary**:
**Job Duties**:

- Assists in conducting financial, management, program, performance, information technology, internal control, and compliance audits of County Departments, contract providers, and grantees.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, preferably in accounting, auditing, business administration, or related field.
- Experience in auditing or governmental work is preferred.
- Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a collaborative team, and to work independently.
- Strong commitment to customer service, with a proactive and positive attitude toward assisting others.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.

**Relevant Knowledge and Skills**
- General knowledge of generally accepted government auditing standards.
- Good knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, practices, and methods including governmental accounting.

Pay: From $54,445.00 per year
