**Responsibilities**:

- Provide top-notch support to our outside sales consultants with catering and corporate accounts.
- Develop strong interpersonal relationships with clients throughout event-driven coordination with consultants and assisting with event design as needed.
- Be the first point of contact for all new clients who call or walk into our facility.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of two-years prior experience in customer service, sales or sales support.
- Be adept at managing many projects simultaneously within short time periods.
- Have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. with a particular focus on quality. -Thrive in a high-energy, fast paced, and demanding office environment.
- Ability to work the weekends.
- Possess excellent communication, typing, and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
