We are looking for eager to learn individuals to join our 1st shift team. We will provide the training needed to start your career. Our 1st shift runs from 7:00am
- 3:30pm.

We are a unique welding job shop that specializes in friction welding or inertia welding. We are one of only a handful of North American companies that provides friction welding services. Our equipment includes over 14 friction welding machines, ranging from 4-ton to 250-tons. Our diverse customer base is comprised of companies from the construction, agricultural, pump, and automotive industries.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC machine tools
- Check produced part for conformance to specifications
- Ability to follow written and/or verbal job-related instructions
- Ability to do repetitive machining work
- May run multiple machines simultaneously in a production cell
- Basic math skills.
- Must show capability to come to work every day per company expectations.
- Report non-conforming material immediately to your Area Lead. If the Area Lead is not available, report it to the Quality Team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
- Performs other related duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
**Qualified applicants will**:

- Be able to read a tape measure
- Have the willingness to learn how to use various inspection equipment
- Be able to covert fractions of an inch into decimals of an inch
- Have good basic math skills
- Be able to lift up to 30lbs on a regular basis.
- Understand the importance of a good attendance record.
