We have several openings for temporary employment during the Republican National Convention. Our bar hours will be extended past regular bar time to accommodate the attendees schedule as well as to capitalize on the earning potential for our team. This is permissible during the convention per the city of Milwaukee. The approximate dates that we will need extra team members are July 8th - 24th. These dates may change slightly. The crucial nights of need are July 13th-19th.

We use the TOAST POS system. If you are familiar with TOAST it would be wonderful, if not...we will train. It is a very simple system.

The base rate for this position is $15 / hour, plus tips. Our bartenders earn an average of **$35 / Hour or MORE**. We have flexibility in terms of full time or part time hours during the RNC.

We are looking for a City of Milwaukee licensed (or ability to quickly obtain before July 8th) experienced bartender to join the Food & Beverage team at the Ambassador Hotel Milwaukee, Trademark Collection by Wyndham. This position will work in the hotel's Restaurant & Lounge, Gin Rickey, as well as possible private event bartending (on site at the Ambassador).

The Ambassador is home to three F&B entities: the Fitz, Gin Rickey and Deco Café.

Gin Rickey offers a casual experience with the center of the space being the re-imagined bar and patio. The patio offers a fire pit, fire tables and soft seating. Gin Rickey's cocktail menu features hand crafted cocktail ingredients with an emphasis on using products from local distilleries and breweries. The lounge features an extensive selection of craft beer and wines. The cuisine offered in Gin Rickey has been crafted to compliment the cocktails, beer and wine menus.

**MUST** **have a minimum of one year experience as a bartender** and must have a valid city of Milwaukee bartender's license.
