Excellent opportunity for the right individuals. This position requires frequent roll handling for packaging of finished rolls and staging of pre-production roll stock. Lift/clamp truck experience helpful, but not necessary. Typical work hours 6am-6pm Monday-Thursday, although customer demands could dictate working occasional Fridays. Flexible and teamwork-oriented individuals should expect to be aggressively trained in the position of third hand and advanced to the position of coater operator rather quickly, with the ultimate goal of reaching the position of machine operator.
