We are looking to hire a Receptionist/front desk agent to help our customer service team.

**Requirements for our Receptionist/Front Desk/Customer Service Agents Include**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Enthusiasm, Smiles and a Happy Attitude are required for excellent customer service
- Ability to work Flexible shifts including Sundays.
- Experience with computers
- Experience operating a cash register, switchboard and multi-tasking helpful but not required

**Responsibilities for our Receptionist/Front Desk/Customer Service Agents Include**:

- Work with minimum supervision
- Making excellent customer service a priority
- Receive guests and others in a courteous, polite and warm manner
- We operate 365 days a year, the Front Desk operates daily with shifts varying from 8:00am to 11:00pm. Friday 3-11pm, Saturday 3-11pm and Sunday shifts will be required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22 - 28 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

Work setting:

- In-person
- Resort

**Education**:

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Cashiering: 1 year (required)
