**We are seeking a highly engaged Employee Support Specialist/Service Coordinator to join our growing Green Bay team**

**The ESS (Employee Support Specialist) -**

Position Overview: The Employee Support Specialist supports and engages direct care employees through the performance of duties related to these core functions that will enhance the employee experience driving improved employee satisfaction, performance, and retention.
- Employee Onboarding-acts in collaboration as a resource to management staff through supporting the success of their direct support teams. Maintains and demonstrates organizational policies and procedures, applicable licensing standards, administrative procedures, and more.

**The Service Coordinator-**

Position Overview: The Service Coordinator provides operational oversight of assigned programs. The Service Coordinator acts as a secondary to the Client Services Manager by supporting the Direct Support Supervisors through routine or urgent assignments based on the most significant area of need.
- Overseeing the delivery of outlined services to the client population for multiple program locations
- Completes the following tasks; quality assurance tasks, oversight of client care plans, conducting health related appointments, and maintenance of property and equipment
- Assists in the coordination of care for clients served at each assigned household
- Serves as the primary contact between the guardian/client, funding case management team and HIL.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
