Specific Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

- Overseeing and managing banquet servers while performing banquet food service
- Schedule staff of about 20 servers for an estimated 800 events per year.
- Greet event hosts and guests; ensuring their expectations surpassed with stellar service
- Read and execute event BEOs (event information) as it pertains to food service
- Work with chefs to ensure proper timing of food service
- Monitor staff serving techniques and sanitation
- Must be able walk and stand for most of shift and lift 25lbs
- Must be able to work a varied schedule, days, nights, weekends. Must be available to work doubles when necessary based on schedule
- Possess & maintain BASSET & Food Handler Certification and ensure that staff are following these procedures

Experience Required

Proven banquet service experience for a minimum of 2 years in successful banquet facility and or golf establishment.

Position is full time with May through December being the busiest months.

Salary based on experience and performance. Bi-Weekly Salary and Share of Service Charge

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
