Server/waiter

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Process payments and operate the TOAST system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with bussing tables

**Skills**:

- Experience in hospitality or the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and basic kitchen procedures
- Familiarity with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic culinary knowledge for describing menu items accurately
- Proficient in food handling practices and safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.01 - $19.28 per hour
