SignUp Software continues to grow, and we are seeking a talented Pre-Sales and Delivery Specialist to join our team in North America. ‍️‍️

Working with pre-sales and delivery at SignUp Software, your main responsibility will be to present our solution ExFlow Enterprise (built-in solution for MS Dynamics 365 Enterprise) to customers and partners.

**Role Overview**

As a Pre-Sales and Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and our customers’ needs. You will collaborate closely with our sales
- and delivery team to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in understanding customer requirements, technical feasibility, and project management will be essential.

**Responsibilities**

**Pre-Sales**:

- Engage with potential customers during the pre-sales phase to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase our software solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Provide technical expertise and answer client queries related to our products.

**Delivery**:

- Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, addressing any technical issues or changes.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any challenges.

After initial onboarding and education at SignUp Software, you can show ExFlow and demonstrate scenarios in different sales situations.
- This role is highly collaborative, like working with these great colleagues Picture from HQ office in Sweden._

**Required Skills**:

- Functional ”D365 Finance/SCM” and/or AX 2012 competence within Finance and/or Trade & Logistics
- A minimum of three (5) years experience with D365 F&O and or AX2012

**Meritorious**
- Overall knowledge of accounts payable automation is advantageous
- Understanding of Microsoft sales process
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Education in IT / Finance/ Business and Administration
- Proven experience in pre-sales, project management, or software delivery.

**Personal Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent social and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong client relationships and manage expectations.
