We currently have an opening for a PART-TIME **Universal Banker** to join our team in our West Bend, WI location opening November 2024. We are hiring and training NOW to prepare our team to provide first-class service to our West Bend customers.

As a Universal Banker you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our customers every single day. Your focus will be on creating and nurturing relationships with our customers and offering sound banking advice to help solve financial challenges.

**_What is the role of a Universal Banker?_**
- Smile and welcome our customers
- Accurately process banking transactions (teller role),
- Retain and deepen relationships by identifying needs and offering customers financial solutions,
- Promote and sell products and services (no quotas),
- Provide account opening, servicing and maintenance,
- Help educate customers on digital bank solutions that can make their lives safer, easier, and better, and
- Refer customers to internal business partners (business bankers, lenders, and investment service)

**_Knowledge and skills required for the position are_**:

- High school diploma
- A positive attitude and customer focus
- Cash handling experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to have a high level of confidentiality and discretion of sensitive information
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Dependable, ability to work as scheduled
- You must be able to pass a credit report check and criminal background check

**_ Ability to work as scheduled between the hours of_**:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:15 pm, Friday 8:00 am - 5:45 pm and TWO Saturdays per month from 8:15 am - 12:15 pm.
- When scheduled a Saturday, we work to schedule you a full day off during the week.

You will average 37.5 - 40 hours per week.
