**Reports to**: Attorney & Manager

**Position Description**:
**Responsibilities**
- Negotiate settlements and recoveries with debtors, third-party insurance carriers and attorneys
- Manage a high volume of subrogation negotiations from start to finish
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all case activity
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and insurance carriers

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Adjuster license preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, comprehension, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to make effective decisions on behalf of the organization
- Commitment to company values
