**Responsibilities**:
What You'll Do:

- Learn our processes and quality standards to deliver A+ customer service and best in class workmanship.
- Install home remodeling products according to Rite Window's standards.
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
- Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Qualifications:
What You 'll Bring:

- Bath/Shower Installation, Replacement Window & Door Installation, or carpentry experience
- 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
- Experience with walk in tub, shower/bath remodels or acrylic bath/shower systems
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
- Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 75LB
