**Summary**:
We are building our Restaurant Team and are currently searching for energetic and reliable Bartenders who thrive in a fast paced and upbeat environment with a particular attention to beverage recipe adherence and guest experience.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding hospitality to generate exceptional guest experiences
- Build relationships with new and existing guests to create repeat guests
- Work in a team-based environment where accountability of yourself and your peers is expected
- Always maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bars and restaurants
- Always follow Banditos standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building
- Provide safe and responsible service of food and alcohol in accordance with Banditos and local jurisdiction’s guidelines

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Ability to fully adhere to beverage recipes in fast-paced, high-stress situations
- Free-Pour skills are a MUST
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
- Hold yourself and peers accountable for their actions/inactions

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurant’s facilities.
