Sante is seeking a **Full-Time Crisis Stabilization Specialist** to join our frontline crisis intervention team in **Westminster, MD**. As a Crisis Stabilization Specialist, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, develop crisis stabilization plans with consumers in the community, and serve as the liaison for collaboration with involved parties and community partners. **_This position has a tentative schedule of Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm._**

**What You'll Do**:

- Perform on-scene assessments and crisis stabilization treatment plan.
- Effectively communicate clients’ needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
- Serve as a liaison for collaboration with other involved parties, including families, friends, and community partners such as local police and fire departments.
- Educate individuals about community resources related to mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agency’s services.
- Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
- Abide by all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to confidentiality and protected health information.

**What You'll Need**:

- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field of study and at least one (1) year professional experience (experience working within a crisis environment preferred).
- Must possess and maintain current licensure in the state of Maryland (LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or LCSW-C).
- Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.

**What We Offer**:

- Salary Range: $30.00-$35.00 per hour, based on licensure and experience.
- Monday through Friday day shift.
