Small law firm seeking a full-time career paralegal with extraordinary Plaintiff's Civil Litigation skills. We need someone with a strong background in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice with a minimum of THREE (3) years of experience.

References will be contacted, and you must pass a background check.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with drafting correspondence, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Organize and maintain Smokeball database case management
- Prepare and organize evidence, exhibits, depositions, and other items
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Manage calendars and deadlines for multiple cases

Qualifications/

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Minimum of THREE (3) years of experience in Civil Litigation or similar field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and case management software (i.e. Smokeball)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills including courtroom digital and AV presentation in-trial

Compensation: $25 - $30 DOE

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to join our team as a Civil Litigation Paralegal.
