Responsible for the Strategic direction and operational performance of the Passenger Services Business across the country. Ensures a consistent delivery of high-performance standards within the constraints of the service level agreements of our customer airlines, maintaining standards and excellent working practices within the Company policies.

You Will:

- Responsible for day-to-day operational performance, safety, security and customer satisfaction of Airline Passenger Services through effective support and management of deliverables.
- Lead managers and employees at multiple locations to deliver exceptional results.
- Monitor performance of key customer service indicators, identify gaps, plan and resource effectively to fill them, including contingency planning.
- Accountable for ongoing day-to-day management to an approved business plan.
- Improve delivery of dnata services through developing a motivated and skilled team.
- Ensure effective and efficient labor utilization, while actively controlling fixed and variable costs.
- Utilize knowledge of P&L to drive service and profit at each location.
- Work with the airport authority, airport suppliers & other ground handlers to ensure prescribed levels of service at agreed standards are delivered.
- Ensure the department follows a consistent Human Resources process, with the relevant company policies always being delivered.
- Ensure that all airline policies and procedures are implemented, in line with customer, airport, and airline requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships within the airport community.
- Ensure appropriate recruitment, training, and development on dnata practices and policies for start-up bus.
- Utilize strong communications skills and experience in liaising with senior airline, airport, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate with business partners on strategic and tactical objectives and costs.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Extensive travel may be required.

You Have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred, along with 5-7 years in Passenger Service Management.
- Substantial operational management experience in customer service.
- Multi-unit Experience and Knowledge of Aviation Services and Passenger Handling.
- Experience in Business-to-Business relationships with multiple levels of management.
- Experience in project work, including business startups within a corporate framework.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communications skills and experience in liaising with senior airline, airport, and other stakeholders.
- Recruitment, training, and development of PAX personnel.
- Extensive use of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
