Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare fresh pasta from scratch following established recipes and techniques
- Oversee and coordinate pasta production activities, ensuring quality and consistency
- Train and supervise associate staff in pasta-making procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pasta-making area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pasta dishes
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Operate dough mixers/sheeters/extruders

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment, particularly in pasta-making
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals
- Understanding of bussing duties to support overall kitchen operations
