**_Responsibilities:_**
- _ Coordinate patient care and services, including scheduling appointments, coordinating tests and treatments, and providing patient education._
- _ Managing patient records, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient visits, test results, and treatments._
- _ Ensure that patient care is provided in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures._
- _ Monitor patient progress and provide updates to the healthcare team._
- _ Assist with patient billing and insurance claims._
- _ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care._
- _ Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives._
- **_ Requirements:_**:

- **_ Certified Nursing Assistant preferred_**:

- _ 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting_
- _ Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures_
- _ Excellent organizational and communication skills_
- _ Ability to work independently and as part of a team_
- _ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer programs_
- _ Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job, manage on-call phone (evenings and weekends)_
