Job Title: Store Manager - A Green Alternative Moreno Valley
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at A Green Alternative. As the Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the dispensary. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the dispensary runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting, or exceeding customer expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for a cannabis industry professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and wants to contribute to the success of a growing company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily dispensary operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering product recommendations, answering inquiries, and resolving customer concerns or issues.
- Train and supervise dispensary staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about cannabis products, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer loyalty, and meet revenue targets.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor product quality, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of products.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote the dispensary's products and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing dispensary environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and new product releases to provide accurate and relevant information to customers and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding cannabis sales and operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cannabis industry, with at least 3 to 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, consumption methods, and industry regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and motivate a team.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and experience in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be at least 21 years old and possess any necessary licenses or certifications required by local and state regulations.
