Insurance Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. We are a small office based in Riverdale, New York - looking for full time licensed sales agents.

As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling insurance policies, and assisting clients with their insurance needs. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong sales skills and a passion for helping others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sell various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide personalized insurance recommendations based on client's individual circumstances
- Process policy changes, claims, and other policy-related transactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field (ideally have worked with Allstate, not a requirement, but would be helpful)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for sales administration

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
