SHIFT AVAILABILITY: TUESDAY AND FRIDAY 12PM-4PM

**Seeking applicants who provide compassionate care, companionship, and engaging activities with clients.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Remind clients to take prescribed medication as needed
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility, whether around the house or for appointments and walks outside
- Collaborate with clients on meal planning and preparation, accommodating their preferences and dietary needs
- Accompany clients for shopping trips or conduct shopping on their behalf
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry duties to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and uplifting atmosphere
- Report any unusual incidents promptly to your supervisor
- Act swiftly and responsibly in emergency situations

**Skills Required**:

- Proven experience as a caregiver, demonstrating a history of compassionate care
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid procedures, including CPR certification
- Familiarity with housekeeping activities and cooking, paying attention to dietary restrictions
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards at all times
- Respectful, compassionate, and empathetic demeanor towards clients
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering meaningful connections
- Ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions
- Physical endurance to meet the demands of the role
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Experience in assisting memory care clients preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
