Parts Counterman

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure stock is organized
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
- Fulfill orders promptly and efficiently
- Utilize Excel or similar software for tracking inventory

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in math for accurate parts counting and pricing
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in order fulfillment is a plus
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance or automotive repair is beneficial
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage, but not required
- Previous dealership or retail sales experience preferred
- CDK knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
