**Company Description**

The Finance Lead will report to the Director, US Oncology Finance and is responsible for supporting all aspects of Commercial accounting and FP&A for recently acquired ImmunoGen (IMGN) assets, mainly Elahere. Core responsibilities include supporting the harmonization of legacy IMGN processes, developing robust FP&A analytics and submission for all financial planning cycles (Plan/LRP/LBEs), driving monthly/quarterly/year-end financial close and ad hoc analyses as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

- Consolidate and track brand team SG&A budgets ($’s and FTEs), including monthly analysis of actual results vs financial benchmarks
- Partner with the brand team and support the Director, US Oncology Finance in identifying, modeling and managing P&L risks and opportunities throughout each fiscal year
- Support all AbbVie financial planning cycles (Plan/LRP/LBEs) for all P&L expense lines as well as headcount
- Support harmonization of legacy IMGN processes with AbbVie best practices
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes and associated analysis and reporting
- Partner and support the Brand team in managing SG&A deployment, tracking and optimization
- Integrate new Oncology products into existing processes as they transition from pipeline to on-market
- Deliver monthly reporting and KPI/Performance dashboards to track financial performance, including variance analysis and commentary
- Ad-hoc analysis as required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 6+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience
- Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional business partners & influence without direct authority
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with SAP & BPC preferred
