We are looking for a motivated individuals to facilitate groups at our Prescott, AZ facility.

**Responsibilities for this position include**:

- Build positive relationships with clients.
- Facilitates groups ranging in size from 3-20 clients.
- Provides for organized and structured groups.
- Documents individualized notes in an electronic medical record system after each group.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 18+ yrs. old.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
