Knowledge of the construction industry and concrete services a plus.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Work with team to provide impeccable customer service
- Responsible for inventory control, including cycle counts, adjustments and maintain proper inventory of products
- Supervise team consisting of inside sales associates and warehouse personnel
- Responsible for daily operations, maintenance, and cleanliness of facility in compliance with all policies

**Skills and Qualifications Required**
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year or technical school; OR six months to one year related experience and training; OR combination of education and training or experience
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities in a constantly changing environment
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate, encourage and promote team work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer service
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook programs.
- Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems a plus
