**Description & Requirements**
Maximus is seeking a Business Analyst - Compliance to support our defense customer. This position is responsible for business process and system analysis, design/translating business requirements to technical requirements, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of components in an enterprise SAP environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops analysis of system design in coordination with designers, architects, developers, and business analysts.
- Analyzes software development, hardware configuration, and system reliability, maintainability, and availability.

Minimum Requirements

Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS094, T4, Band 7

**Required Skills**:

- Active Secret clearance.
- 3+ years of SAP experience.
- 3 years in Federal Financials -OR- Public Sector Accounting.
- Expert in the FI/FM modules of SAP ECC 7.0.
- Strong experience with compliance requirements for DoD.
- Supporting internal and commercial audit engagements, providing responses, and managing corrective actions
- Implementation project/deployment lifecycle experience.
- Extensive experience with the functions related to AA, AP, AR, GL, Budgetary ledger, billings, cash advances, interest expense etc.
- Functional integration experience with other SAP modules specifically with PS, HR, SD, MM, PP & PM
- Experience in using BW & ECC queries for financial reporting
- Discrete manufacturing SAP experience
- 2 years of DoD experience in:

- Reviewing and understand compliance requirements for DoD LRPs relative to SAP configured and delivered capabilities to enable Government Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) operational activities
- Executing life cycle processes to meet the compliance requirements
- Providing active support for audits with DoDIG, GAO, AAA, and other auditing entities.
- Developing responses and products based on a request from audit agencies.
- Reviewing reports audit agencies reports and recommending corrective action.
