Event Server

The _**Event Server**_ at _**The Grove at Centerton**_ is responsible for handling face-to-face contact with the banquet guests. They are directly responsible for serving all meal and beverage orders to their assigned section of the banquet guests. Nights, weekends, and holiday hours are required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Offer friendly and warm greetings to all restaurant and banquet guests.
- Promptly serve drink and food orders from their assigned tables or sections.
- Provide world-class guest service by ensuring all drink and food orders are efficiently served to the table and checking with the guests that their orders are correct; make any necessary corrections as quickly as possible.
- Handle all food in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards. Comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws concerning food handling and storing.
- Remove soiled plates, glassware, and silverware from assigned tables and sections as the guest finishes their drinks and meals.
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning assignments and maintain the work area in a clean and orderly fashion.
- Assist in set-up for events including laying linen, silverware, & other materials as needed.
- Assist in breakdown of events including removing linen, silverware & other materials as needed.
- Properly dispose of & replace materials in designated areas, as directed.
- Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule.
- Nights, weekends, and holiday hours required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $15.13 per hour

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
