**Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Secure sales through diligent follow-up on leads.
- Generate new leads for potential projects.
- Design, estimate, and provide detailed outlines of paving projects.
- Communicate job plans effectively to both foremen and customers.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in landscape design, residential estimation, or residential construction is essential.
- Asphalt Estimation
- CAD experience
- A proven track record of successful project completion and client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills to accurately estimate project costs and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and vendors.
