**Advertising Coordinator, Preprints**

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to dive into the dynamic world of major account advertising? Adams Publishing Group Southern Wisconsin is actively seeking an enthusiastic Advertising Coordinator to join our vibrant team in downtown Janesville. This full-time position offers a base pay of $17/hour, plus monthly bonuses with no overtime or weekends.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Entering client orders efficiently and accurately.
- Managing multiple internal manifests for effective production planning.
- Acting as a liaison between our Production Center and our clients/agencies.
- Serving as a post-sale intermediary between the outside sales team and our printing partners.
- Ensuring billing accuracy
- Communicating circulation updates to clients and/or agencies promptly and accurately.
- Managing deadlines effectively.
- Coordinating with printing partners for local print and delivery campaigns.
- Providing white glove post sales service to our VIP clients and/or their agencies.
- Handling special projects as assigned by the General Manager.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency with PC and Google Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales and/or customer support role.
- At least 1 year of experience with order entry.
- Experience using various first or third-party software programs.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven sales environment.
- Naturally curious with a strong desire to learn.
